Mrs. Frenzica Mann was born in Memphis, TN. She has been married to Officer Tim Mann for 23 years and they have one daughter, Tatyanna. Mrs. Mann began her teaching career in 1996 at Red Bank High School. Soon after, she moved on to Ooltewah High School where she was the founder and lead teacher of the Ninth Grade Academy, a science teacher, Change Coach and Literacy Coach at various times before starting at East Lake Academy as the Science Instructional Coach. She is an alumna of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Natural Science. Additionally, Mrs. Mann earned her master's degree in the Educational Leadership from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Currently, Mrs. Mann  serves as an Assistant Principal at East Lake Academy of Fine Arts in Chattanooga, TN of Hamilton County Schools. 

Beyond education, Mrs. Mann also serves in various ministries at her church and is an avid crafter. She lives by the quote,  "Unlike ying and yang, fear and faith cannot coexist. Under which do you operate?"  -Author unknown
